What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to most addresses within Marin, Sonoma, Napa & Solano. If you're outside our zone, contact us we may be able to accommodate your request depending on truck availability and utilizing 3rd party trucking services.
What types of materials do you deliver?

We deliver bulk, loose landscape materials, including: Gravel and crushed rock Sand (utility, fill, paver base) Mulch, bark, and wood chips Soil blends, compost, topsoil, Dirt Decomposed Granite (DG) & Bocce Court mix Most materials are delivered in bulk - loose dump pile (not bagged or palletized).
What are your delivery minimums and maximums?

Minimum order: It depends on the product but usually 2 cubic yards. Maximum per delivery (depends on material density & road conditions) 5 - 7 yards of rock or sand 8 - 10 cubic yards of soil or compost 10 - 12 cubic yards of mulch, bark or woodchips 3rd Party Trucking: For large volume orders we will arrange 3rd party delivery services. How is delivery cost calculated?

Delivery fees are based on round-trip mileage and estimated drive time from the quarry to your location charged at $95/hour (2 hour minimum) with average truck travel speed of 40-50 miles per hour. You'll receive a delivery tag with load and travel time for transparency. We're also working on live truck tracking via text updates.
Can I choose my delivery time?

We offer same-day or next-day deliveries when available. While exact times can't be guaranteed, you’ll receive a 3-hour delivery window, such as 8 AM–11 PM or 12 PM–3 PM.
Do I need to be home for delivery?

Not required—as long as you leave clear written instructions (e.g., “dump near left fence facing house”). If no one is home and no instructions are provided, the driver will leave the material in the safest legal spot.
Can you deliver into backyards or behind gates?

No. Our trucks are designed for curbside and driveway delivery only. We do not drive on grass, unpaved areas, or steep grades. If you request off-driveway dumping, you accept full responsibility for any property damage.
Can I order more than one material per delivery?

No. For safety and to prevent contamination, each dump truck can carry only one bulk material type per trip. Separate deliveries are required for multiple materials.
Do you accept returns or give refunds?

All sales are final once materials are delivered and dumped. If there’s a mistake on our part (wrong material or large discrepancy in quantity), please report it within 24 hours so we can correct it.
Why does the material look different than online?

All of our products are natural materials, and their appearance may vary depending on: Quarry source Moisture level Lighting conditions Your screen/device settings Installation method or design We recommend purchasing a sample if you need a precise match or purchase through your local supply yard.
How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: Credit/debit cards (via secure online link) ACH transfers for large or repeat orders Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise arranged.
Do you offer contractor or wholesale pricing?

Yes! Contractors and landscapers can request volume pricing and trade discounts. Contact us directly to discuss options.
Do you spread or install the materials?

No, we do delivery only. Spreading, raking, or installation must be handled by you or your contractor.
