Credit/debit cards via secure online link and ACH transfers for large or repeat orders. Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise arranged.

All sales are final once materials are delivered and dumped. If there is an error on our part, report within 24 hours so we can correct it.

Can I order more than one material per delivery?

No. Each dump truck can carry only one bulk material type per trip to prevent contamination. Separate deliveries are required for multiple materials.

What areas do you deliver to?

Most addresses within Marin, Sonoma, Napa, and Solano counties. Outside this zone may be accommodated using third-party trucking depending on availability.

Can you deliver into backyards or behind gates?

No. Deliveries are curbside and driveway only. We do not drive on grass, unpaved areas, or steep grades. If off-driveway dumping is requested, the customer accepts responsibility for any property damage.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Not required if clear written instructions are left (e.g., location notes). If no one is home and no instructions are provided, the driver will leave the material in the safest legal spot.

Can I choose my delivery time?

Same-day or next-day deliveries are sometimes available. You will receive a 3-hour delivery window; exact times are not guaranteed.

How is delivery cost calculated?

Delivery is based on round-trip mileage and estimated drive time from the quarry or yard to your location, billed at $95 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. A delivery tag with load and travel time is provided.

What are your delivery minimums and maximums?

Accepted Answer

Minimum order varies by product but is usually 3 cubic yards. Typical maximums per load: 4–5 yd³ of rock or sand, 6–8 yd³ of soil or compost, and 12–14 yd³ of mulch, bark, or woodchips. Larger volumes can be arranged via third-party trucking.

What types of materials do you deliver?

Bulk, loose landscape materials including gravel and crushed rock, sands (utility, fill, paver base), mulch and bark, soil blends and compost, and decomposed granite. Most materials are delivered as a loose dump pile (not bagged or palletized).

Why might materials look different from photos?

Accepted Answer

Natural materials vary by quarry source, moisture level, lighting conditions, and device screens. Installation method and design can also affect appearance.

Do you spread or install materials?

No. We provide delivery only. Spreading, raking, or installation must be handled by you or your contractor.
