Delivery rates are calculated based on round-trip trucking time from the material origin to your location, billed at our hourly rate. "How come the material looks different in person then on your website?"
Natural materials like gravel, mulch, and stone vary by batch due to moisture, source location, and weathering. While we photograph each product in natural light, real-world variations are normal. Your screen settings, lighting, mining dust and installation methods affect how materials appear online.
"Why are rocks so expensive and do you offer volume wholesale pricing or discounts?"
High mining cost, heavy regulations, big machinery, skilled labor and a very high fuel consumption are leading factors of high material cost but Yes!
